Hello, and I'm pleased to meet you virtually. Thank you for taking the time to find our more about me. I built and administer this site as a supplement to my resume to show you and narrate more about my more recent professional projects and responsibilities using actual photos and scenarios. I've purposefully built a career that combines with an adventurous lifestyle in unique, remote areas.

My self assessment of who I am is:

A hard working person who leads by example and takes a common sense approach. Intense when the situation calls for it, self motivated to succeed, but never so involved to forget to laugh or forget what life is truly about. I enjoy building material things, building healthy relationships, and making sure each stay working properly. I consider my core strengths to be developing talent and working with employees, and the ability to place priority on tasks and actions in the proper order. I am an "even keel" person emotionally who leads by example. I believe in and practice a servant leadership style and believe in doing business from a position of achieving "win/win" from a position of mutual respect. I live a "clean" healthy lifestyle purposefully free of addictions and habits that hamper my judgement and performance.

Professionally:  I am a Remote Operations General Manager in unique properties and communities, hospitality, Adventure/outdoors, mechanical and logistics operations. I have purposefully chosen and honed my niche in remote properties located in or near spectacular natural settings. I produce results in resource challenged environments by being resourceful, always having "plans B and C", and setting up employees to grow and succeed to foster loyalty and retention. I often work autonomously with minimal direction but I am a team player and understand the people I answer to expect communication and positive results. I have a long record of cutting unnecessary costs, improving production and services, and increasing revenue.

Personally: I am an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, "foodie" and wine aficionado, Off-roader/mechanic, mountain biker, hiker, and gardener.
