Generator service, maintenance and mechanical rebuilding. We assessed and repaired abandoned generators to use as emergency units. This large CAT generator ran flawlessly when cleaned up and tuned up after sitting 10+ years.
REDUNDANCY AND BACK UP
Reviving and rebuilding sitting generators to service as back up power. This generator was brought back to life after years of sitting and then used to power the well pump house for 2 days during a main generator house outage to keep water and septic working for the property.

Coordinating removal, pick up and delivery/reinstallation of a Cummins 300KW generator for a rebuild after a dropped valve.

Cummins Insite software used to diagnose, program and sync generators to provide reliable constant power.
GENERATOR BACK UP AND ROTATING MAINTENANCE AND REBUILD PROGRAM
Running 2 300KW generators and one smaller 200KW generator for load distribution, lug prevention, and allowing rotating hours balancing, servicing and rebuilding as needed. This one got a new front seal, and head gasket rebuild onsite in the mount.
WIRING INFRASTRUCTURE SAFETY AND IMPROVEMENT
This "historical" sub standard junction was inspected by me, deemed unsafe and then contracted to electricians to replace with the proper cement vault and wiring splice connections. Safety and reliability are non negotiable and go hand in hand.
